Historic Centre (Old Town) of Tallinn: Tallinn, the capital of Estonia became a member of the Hanseatic League (Collective of European trading cities) in the 1200’s. Today protected by UNESCO the Old Town of Tallinn remains virtually untouched even through Soviet occupation. There are many opulent buildings to admire like the Estonian Parliament building and the Nevski Cathedral.
