Mosi-oa-Tunya / Victoria Falls – If Carlsberg did waterfalls… The Scottish Explorer David Livingstone is believed to have been the first European to view the Victoria Falls, just imagine his expression! No wonder they sent Stanley after him. The indigenous name of ‘Mosi-oa-Tunya‘ literally means the ‘Smoke that Thunders’ due to the power and spray.
