Picture The World Project, Norway

Norway PTWP

Photo by Maggie Myklebust of flyawayhomebook.com

When one thinks of Norway the first thing that comes to mind is usually fjords, dotted with small boathouses and mountains. The northern regions of Norway lie above the Arctic Circle where during the summer months the sun remains visible twenty-four hours a day. During the dark winter months the Aurora Borealis or Northern lights can be seen. Norway is the land of Vikings, a nation rich with oil and hosts the Nobel Peace Prize each year.

Amazing nature and dramatic views are everywhere…

I nominate Aisha from expatlogue.wordpress.com and Paula from stuffitellmysister.me

Thanks Maggie for sharing this wonderful photo for Norway.  Over to Aisha and Paula.
